Scheduled a same day appt for my grandson online with ease. Wait time was not long at all, I was in and out. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. She handled my 5 month old grandson with care. The nurse was also very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here!

It was so easy to get an appointment. Staff was helpful, efficient and friendly. The Dr was lovely with my child and was very helpful. I returned a few days later with my other child and had the same excellent service.

All the staff were kind, understand, and incredibly helpful. I’m really thankful I chose this location because they went above and beyond in their care to help me. The nurses and doctors were equally wonderful I would 100% recommend SWUC to anyone. They didn’t make me wait long and the check in process was very fast.

Went in on Saturday morning after experiencing a burn on my leg. Appt. quicklyset online for 30 minutes from call. The front desk verified my medical coverage quickly and I was seen immediately. Very clean, plenty of parking and office is easy to get to. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. RN Practitioner Nadal was very knowledgeable, compassionate, reasonable in her treatment strategy, took time to listen to my concerns, and answered all my questions. I would recommend this "urgent care" facility and RN Practitioner Nadal and the team there for any medical issue you needed help with. They are first class in medical treatment of their patients. The nurse practitioner I saw diagnosed me incorrectly and I prescribed a steroid that made my condition far worse. After returning to a different nurse practitioner at a different clinic, they said what I had was textbook and couldn’t believe the incorrect diagnosis. Sure, she was nice and all; but that doesn’t make up for incorrectly diagnosing something that was apparently “obvious” to other medical professionals.
